Is there a fixed price per attendee?
We do not base your quote on attendee numbers alone. The setup, features and support also matter. For items such as badges, quantities can directly affect the cost.
Can I choose individual services?
Yes. Tell us where you need support. We will discuss which services fit your event and how they work with the arrangements you already have in place.
What about online payment costs?
For paid events, we consider the payment module setup and any transaction fees. We agree how these costs apply to your event. As the organiser, you set the admission fee charged to attendees.
Can I request a quote for several events?
Yes. Tell us how many events you are planning and which elements will be repeated. We can then explore a suitable setup and way of working for the whole series.
