Rijkswaterstaat needed a professional online platform for their Water Crisis Network Day, requiring a solution that would enable a large group of participants to engage in an interactive event remotely.

We implemented the Congress Online Platform with a well-thought-out three-phase approach. First, we created an attractive event website in Rijkswaterstaat's corporate identity, making the registration process user-friendly.
Before the event began, the platform served as a virtual lobby, complete with countdown clock, which built anticipation. When the event started, this lobby seamlessly transformed into a professional livestream environment.
The broadcast took place from our studio in Amersfoort, where we provided high-quality production. A key advantage was that participants didn't need to install any additional software - everything worked directly through their web browser.
