Welcome to the virtual lobby
The Congress Online Platform serves as a virtual lobby until the start of the online conference, with a countdown clock showing when the online conference will go live.
Start of the online event
Once the livestream begins, the virtual lobby transforms into a live streaming event, fully customized to the look and feel of the event.
No additional software needed
With the Congress Online Platform, participants can follow the livestream streamed from the studio or via Activo's virtual studio. No additional video tools like Zoom are needed; everything works through a web browser.
Participants online
Participants can also turn on their cameras during parallel break-out sessions.
Online networking
With the networking carousel, participants of the online event can interact with each other using their cameras and microphones.
Online Exhibition Hall
Companies can present themselves and interact live with participants via camera, chat, or by scheduling an appointment.
Our telephone helpdesk is available for participants
During the online event, a telephone helpdesk will be available to assist participants with using the platform.
Production schedule and rehearsal
The production schedule is prepared in advance and a rehearsal is conducted with all speakers.
