Alliander Leadership Day
For Alliander's annual leadership day at De Rijtuigenloods venue, there was a need for an interactive solution that would help participants gain new insights and make optimal use of the program.
How we created an event website and Event App for seamless participant engagement
We developed an Event App that perfectly aligned with the theme "How can we make it happen?". The app was launched a day before the event through targeted mailing, allowing participants to easily install it and gain immediate access to all relevant information.
A key feature was the team functionality. Through the Content Management System, Alliander could pre-arrange carefully composed teams and team captains. Participants could instantly see who they would be working with that day.
Navigation and communication
The app provided an interactive floor plan of the venue, enabling participants to easily find their way to various parallel sessions and workshops. Additionally, a personalized push notification system allowed the organization to share important updates throughout the day.
Result: Event App enhances leadership day participant experience
The Event App contributed to a seamless execution of the leadership day. Participants were well-informed, could efficiently navigate through the program, and remained engaged throughout the day through targeted communication.
