Pre-filled Personal Data
Personal data known in advance is displayed in the registration form fields so the invitee does not have to fill in all their details.
Content Management System (CMS)
A user-friendly CMS allows modifications to the event website and enables exporting participant data to an Excel file.
Abstract Handling Module
Authors can submit abstracts online. Review them online or print them per research area in one go. The selected posters are displayed in the Conference App.

A secure review environment where review committee members can individually assess anonymized abstracts based on various criteria.

Invitation Process for Registering and Unregistering Attendees
For the conference website, various types of mailings are created in the end client's corporate style, combined with the theme of the event. Activo provides the following types of mailings:
Save the Date Mailing
Allows adding a calendar button so the event date is blocked in the invitee's digital calendar.
Reminder Email
Invitees who have not yet responded to the invitation email receive a reminder.
Confirmation Email
Invitees who register via the event website immediately receive a registration confirmation.
Final Call Mailing
Shortly before the event, a final call mailing is sent to all registered participants.
