The annual Spieren voor Spieren Gala, a crucial charity event for children with muscle diseases, needed a modern system to digitize and streamline the traditional paperwork for donations, auctions, and lotteries.
An event website integrated with a user-friendly iPad system for donations, auctions, and lotteries.
We developed an advanced iPad system with a user-friendly interface for the hostesses. The system was equipped with three core functionalities working seamlessly together. For donations, we implemented a rapid processing method with automatically populated guest information. The Auction Module enabled hostesses to instantly register and process bids, including VAT calculations. For the lottery, we developed a system that automatically generated unique ticket numbers.
To ensure flawless execution, our team provided comprehensive briefing for all hostesses and was present throughout the gala for immediate support.
Result: New system strengthens fundraising gala
The new system completely transformed the administrative aspect of the gala. The real-time processing of transactions eliminated weeks of paperwork aftermath. Moreover, the automatic data processing ensured error-free administration, allowing the organization to focus on the main goal: raising funds for children with muscle diseases.
