MILWAUKEE® Trade Event: registration website with target audience selection and e-ticketing
Activo created a clear, user-friendly registration website reflecting the MILWAUKEE® corporate identity, designed as a single-page event site with a dedicated registration form. Visitors could instantly access all practical details regarding the program, venue, parking, and the four thematic zones: Landscaping & Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical Installation, Transport & Industry, and the Construction Sector.
The custom registration form collected all relevant participant details, including company information, contact details, dietary requirements, and the selected target group. Upon registration, participants automatically received a confirmation email containing a personalized e-ticket and QR code. Additionally, the platform supported the entire email campaign, including 'save the date' notices, invitations, reminders, 'final call' alerts, and follow-up emails.
Secure online registration with SSL security and a centralized registration dashboard
The registration website was secured with an SSL certificate to ensure the safe processing of personal data. All registrations were consolidated in a central management dashboard, giving the organization real-time insight into sign-ups and making it easy to manage registrations. The website was made available in both Dutch and German, allowing different target audiences to be served via a single platform.
Efficient registration process for a professional B2B event
By using a single, centralized registration system, MILWAUKEE® had an efficient solution for managing all aspects of attendee registration for the Trade Event. The combination of a clear event website, a comprehensive registration form, automated email communication, and personalized e-tickets ensured a streamlined sign-up process and minimized the administrative workload for the organizers. This allowed attendees to register quickly and ensured the organizers were fully prepared to host a professional event attended by hundreds of visitors.
