Our approach combines technical expertise with user-friendliness. We are developing a fully responsive registration website in Junis’ corporate style. Participants can not only register here but also create their personal program by selecting workshop sessions of their choice.
Capacity limits per session ensure an even distribution, and additional options such as dietary requirements and bus transportation can easily be indicated. The integrated CMS provides Junis with real-time insight into all registrations and makes it possible to easily export and manage reports.
Efficient access management via event website and QR code registration
Efficiency and hospitality are also key during the event itself. With the help of a modern access control system, participants can quickly and easily check in. The QR code in their e-ticket is scanned instantly, after which personalized badges – including the selected sessions – are printed on the spot.
Experienced hostesses provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth flow. Through the Live App, the organization also has real-time insight into attendance numbers and session participation, contributing to a well-managed study day.
