Fontys Career Event
Fontys University of Applied Sciences sought a comprehensive digital solution for their annual Career Event, where optimizing interaction between students and companies and streamlining logistical processes were key priorities.
Our approach: an event website with registration, exhibitor management, and interactive Event App.
We developed an integrated event platform with three core components. The event website served as a central information and registration point for all participants. For companies, we implemented a dedicated exhibitor module that allowed them to efficiently manage their participation.
The Event App formed the interactive heart of the event. Students could plan their personal agenda, consult the interactive floor plan, and directly connect with company representatives. The system also provided real-time updates and notifications to keep all participants optimally informed.
Higher registrations and cost savings thanks to digital tools
The digital approach led to measurable improvements across various areas. We saw a significant increase in both student registrations and participating companies. The Event App received high user satisfaction ratings, and the improved logistical planning resulted in substantial cost savings.
