Event platform for Sports Business Center
The Sports Business Center (SBC) had one central goal: complete control over events, visitors, and access control—without relying on disparate tools or external parties. With a growing number of business meetings, exhibitors, and visitors, the need arose for a single, centralized, and reliable event management platform. SBC selected Activo for its proven expertise in digital event processes and the flexibility of the Activo NEXT platform.
Our approach: one integrated event platform for SBC
In collaboration with Interaction Matters, Activo created a fully equipped Activo NEXT event platform for the Sports Business Center. The solution combines the SBC Event Management Platform, website forms and mailing module, the SBC Event App, and an online access control system. The platform is designed so that SBC and its affiliated companies can create, manage, and communicate about events completely independently. Registration pages, invitations, and attendee management are centralized, providing clarity and structure throughout the entire event process.

Activo NEXT was developed for organizations that want to maintain control without compromising on security. Within the platform, SBC has clear dashboards with real-time insight into visitor flows, registrations, and communication. At the same time, Activo remains available for advice, setup, and support, ensuring the platform grows with the organization.
