Exact Live: Vision starts with insight
The large-scale Exact Live event at Ahoy Rotterdam required two complementary event solutions: an efficient way for exhibitors to collect leads and a comprehensive information source for all participants.
Our approach: an event website with smart lead and participant apps.
We developed two complementary applications. The Lead Scanner App enabled exhibitors to quickly and efficiently capture contact details of interested visitors by simply scanning their badge. This eliminated the need for manual note-taking and ensured accurate recording of all contacts.
Alongside this, we implemented an Event App that served as a digital guide for all participants. Through this app, visitors had direct access to the complete program, speaker information, and practical details about locations and sessions.

Both apps were developed with a focus on user-friendliness. The Lead Scanner App simplified networking for exhibitors, while the Event App helped visitors maximize their event experience.

The combination of both apps contributed significantly to the success of Exact Live. Exhibitors could efficiently collect and manage leads, while visitors easily navigated through the extensive program. The digital solutions enhanced the event's professional image and improved the overall user experience.
