Activo was founded in 1997 and merged in 2019 with the Activo Groep B.V. with the purpose of using internet to improve communication, right from day one. Like many internet companies, Activo began life in web hosting and web design. In 2006, we began developing invitation processes for business events, to meet increasing demand for innovative services for the events sector. Following a number of projects for clients such as KLM, KPN and Shell, we became specialised in invitation processes.
Activo focuses on invitation processes and entry control for business events and conferences. A new trend has now been set in motion, with the development of innovative new options such as event apps. Once again, we are leading the way.
In the future, companies will increasingly contract out parts of their corporate processes to specialised partners. Activo is continuously up to date with the latest technological developments in order to always offer expert advice to customers in an ever-changing market. In the years ahead, our corporate philosophy will continue to be aimed at developing functional and user-friendly internet applications. In doing so, security and accessibility of information go hand in hand.
